Korona Kielce has signed a new player - Kamil Jakubczyk. The 21-year-old midfielder has joined the club on a four-year contract, which runs until June 30, 2030. Jakubczyk comes from Arka Gdynia, where he spent the last two seasons.

Who is Kamil Jakubczyk?

Kamil Jakubczyk is a 21-year-old midfielder who was born on August 10, 2004, in Szczecin. He is a product of Pogon Szczecin, and spent the last two seasons with Arka Gdynia. In the previous season, he appeared in 33 official matches - 31 in the PKO BP Ekstraklasa and two in the STS Polish Cup.

Korona Kielce played its first friendly match before the start of the 2026/2027 PKO BP Ekstraklasa season. Their opponent was MFK Zemplin Michalovce, who was defeated 4:0. Kamil Jakubczyk joined Arka two years ago from Pogon Szczecin's reserves. When Dawid Szwarga became the coach of Arka Gdynia, he won a place in the starting lineup and became one of the key players.
