Korona Kielce announces coaching staff changes. New coaches will join the team in the 2026/2027 season. The team's coach will remain Jacek Zieliński. Three new coaches will join the team: an assistant coach, an assistant coach and an analyst, and a physical preparation coach. From the previous coaching staff, assistant coaches Piotr Malarczyk and Mateusz Dudek, Swedish Philip Garvö - physical preparation coach, and goalkeeper coach Mateusz Gwizd will remain. The latter has reasons to be satisfied, as his protégé Xavier Dziekoński was named the 2026/2027 PKO BP Ekstraklasa goalkeeper of the season. From the Korona coaching staff, assistant coach Przemysław Ryński and analyst Damian Chrzanowski will leave, with the latter to be transferred to the Korona Industry Academy. As for changes among players, Vladimir Nikolov and Viktor Popov are no longer players of Korona Kielce. The Bulgarians have terminated their contracts with the Kielce club by mutual agreement. There will also be negotiations with three other players who have not met the expectations placed on them. There are players who have not proven their usefulness to the team. I will not mention their names, as we are conducting negotiations. In total, we will try to reach an agreement with five players regarding their future. I am an optimist, as I belong to people who want to approach this situation in a healthy way. The players also have their ambitions, and I'm sure that sitting on the benches will not satisfy them. I think that everyone understands the gravity of the situation. Time is running out, but on the other hand, due to the World Cup, it has been extended, so we have time for discussions and finding a way to agree. Until the agreements are signed, I cannot make any declarations, as the situation can be dynamic.
